Balling Prodigy

3 car break ins due to no lighting in the back of the apartments. They don't do anything to to try and help the victims. Raising rent $200 from 1500 to 1700 and the power constantly goes out here due to bad equipment. First day of move in my window broke so, my bedroom door is splitting right in the middle, the wood balcony is rotting and flimsy in spots and the maintenence man said its normal not to worry. My heaters will turn on randomly and get ridoculously hot. So if you are looking for a fair price keep looking.

Horrible place to live. Recently was a bunch of police activity because people are violent. Management is atrocious the neighbors are combative and aggressive in the place was absolutely filthy when we moved in even had trash from the previous tenants.

My carpet was never changed b4 I moved in,hasn't been changed I was told in 7years !' I wasn't here when my things arrived . I thought it was just a greenish, putride looking, carpet,low grade. When I walk on it ( no shoes inside is my rule, but my ALL IN ABOUT 20 min ,my socks are stained brown.! Parking wars all the time ! And night pole lights NEVER EVER BEEN Consistantly working.. BUT THE OFFICES SURE IS..ZERO handy cap accommodations including to get in the office or apartments. So why do i see approx. 2 handicap over at the office parking?

They pretended they didn't know who I was when I had just signed the lease a few weeks prior and borrowed the keys to the pool/fitness center on numerous occasions. They even asked, "Is this your usual rent?" and "I've never seen you in my life sir". Since they didn't recognize me as a resident I felt I wasn't obligated to pay rent anymore. They sure knew my name when I was packing up my Uhaul.
