There is usually a list. If really interested I would come in and put your name on the list because sometimes people turn the apartments down because they found something else. As far as I'm concerned it's the best apartments in Port Orchard for price and for all the extras like 2 swimming pools the sauna, hot tub, weight room.( inside and outside) and well maintained.
Background check, deposit, about 1400 got a one bed place.
