Rude obnoxious employees. They open on some federal holidays then charge a late fee when you pay the bill the next morning because everybody else was closed. The gal waived the fee but her boss overruled her after they had already accepted the payment. They voided the charge and recharged the higher amount. What crooks.

I dont think I have ever been late over 30 days, but if you dont pay within the two weeks of the bill, they will threaten you to disconnect your service. I'd understand if we owed significant amount, but monthly $56, one month. Really?? We went on vacation for couple weeks so in-between we got the bill, and by the time we got back we had a threatening letter on our door to disconnect the services if not paid within few days. This is is so ridiculous. So they expect you to support the city and donate and such, but here we are getting this response and this kind of service. Someone higher-up really needs to review this issue. 👎👎 (They can be nice whrn you call, but otherwise worst service)

I've found the people here to be very friendly and helpful, answering questions if I had any, and promptly taking care of payments, whether online or in person. They even reached out to me once when I'd been away for a while, just to make sure that my water line was properly functioning!
