I am happy to leave a review of this terrific company. I reset my Mi-Fiber rented router, and it went off-line on a Saturday afternoon leaving us without any internet service for TV's, computers, security system, etc. I called Mi-Fiber and they had a tech at my house, Jordan, in less than an hour. In just a few minutes she configured my router and we were up and running. In the past, Macy at Mi-Fiber has attended to every concern that I have ever had, regarding installation, service and billing as if I was her only customer. This is the BEST customer service and support I have ever seen from any service industry. Also, the internet service I get is dependable and VERY fast, both uploading and downloading. THANKS!

I've been using Mi-Fiber for several months now and I have had zero issues. It always works and is never down when I need it. I used to have Mediacom for several years and it would go down often and unexpectedly. Mi-Fiber is not only reliable but even when there is scheduled maintenance, they actually tell you about it and when you can expect an outage. It's really the simple and small things that really make the difference. Keep doing what you're doing Mi-Fiber!!

I now have had a very bad second interaction with Mi-Fiber. I paid bill on due date and they charged me late fee. I called and was told it would come off next bill, well guess what. It did not come off. I called billing customer service in middle of day and had to leave message. I still have not had a return call after leaving two messages. This custom had very bad customer service. I do not recommend them at all. So I get response telling me to call, but they do not answer or return calls. Account is under Nathan Kitsis.

We do, as a part of our router rental we provide one airtie and additional ones can be rented for a fee.
Hello Ing, if you provide your own router there is still a required piece of equipment called an ONT that is will be needed. This is what converts the fiber line into a useable ethernet cable that would then attach to the back of your router. This lowers the monthly equipment fee from $9.95 per month to $4.95 per month.
We haven't received a lot of interest from people in that area, but we're always looking for places to expand!
