This the tanning beds. Everyone of them has 14-18 burned out bulbs and they laughed at me when I told them about the burnt out bulbs

It's a good place to workout and just do your thing Staff is helpful and pleasant Disappointed that both the Ankeny and Urbandale locations have not taken care of the body enhancement lights have not been taken care of in over 4 months. The one in Ankeny had 10 lights out and they have been for over 4 months. Once I was told it was closed down because of the lights were out then 2 weeks later it was open but not fixed and I was told MIT was okay. They told me it had been reported. The one in Urbandale has 12 bulbs out. I pay extra for the use of those. Don't tell me it is okay or the ng would have sold them with 10 or 12 less bulbs.

There is only 1 tanning bed that has ALL of the bulbs working. Most of them have close to maybe half bulbs that actually work. I've also noticed that they don't change all the bulbs at once which leaves you with an uneven tan. Today the massage tables & chair's were not working ( which I I tried 2 different types). Maybe a little maintenance and accurate upkeep should be in order.

Planet fitness is at the bottom of my list for gyms out there, they take your money and then tell you that there isn’t anything they can do about it, it’s happened to me and a couple people I know. Definitely wouldn’t suggest
