Don’t Worry Be Happy
Found them through google shopping as they offer one of the lowest prices around for the medication my dog needs. Placing the order on their website was easy enough and when I initially emailed a question, they responded right away. Awesome I thought, but when my Vet sent them the prescription the following evening, it was like pulling teeth to get an order update. I gave them the benefit of doubt as my Vet sent the script after hours, but I expected the order to ship the following business day, especially when I stressed how important it was for my dog to receive this medication in the initial email. After several emails to customer service went unanswered the next couple days (surprise, surprise after you pay them), I finally called to inquire. I was told they are short staffed and behind on emails. Ok but why did you tell me my order would ship right away during our initial communication which you responded to in less then 10 minutes? This will be my last experience with this company and I will be canceling future auto ship orders.

I have never visited their facilities. They do have very nice people in customer care, however, so a call will help give you better answers than me.
We have the 0.1% in stock. I can look for the .03%, but you will need to provide a prescription from your veterinarian. Place order online and follow steps for sending your prescription. Thank you, Christy

We do apologize we had to do some extensive research to find the order you were referencing since your name is not on the order. A representative will be calling you in less than 10 minutes as there was a problem obtaining the prescriptions.
We do apologize our call volumes are extremely high and we are trying everything we can to get all of the phone calls answered. We have not gone out of business we are working to get more people hired to help with our high call volumes. Again we do apologize.
They dispense mine in an RX bottle... just like a regular prescription.
