We do apologize our call volumes are extremely high and we are trying everything we can to get all of the phone calls answered. We have not gone out of business we are working to get more people hired to help with our high call volumes. Again we do apologize.

I received an order from them about three weeks ago, but have had no contact since then My past experience has been that they are exceedingly slow in filling and shipping pharmacy orders. I complained loudly and often, which seems to have gained me a reputation, because they have improved their service with me. They even contact me to confirm shipment, and ask later if I was satisfied. I take that as a positive indicator that they want to improve their reputation.
They are not very prompt with communication. I was very disappointed with their service.
