Don't be fooled when you see the advertising for their new Prime Rib Cheesesteak sandwich - we tried one and it's NOTHING like what they show pictured on ads and TV. Plain ole steak with a bit of cheese, almost no toppings - don't order this! We usually like Arbys and their food but this item sure misses the mark!

Very disappointed the last two times I came. Such a shame, used to be my favorite place. The food is still good they just don't get it right and you pay an outrageous amount for something that you would have never ordered. I wish someone would have at least spoken to me so I could've let them know but no one was interested...

I agree with Rainbow, if you have a question, go ask them. It's up to you to give them feedback. I had a problem with my sandwich and they replaced it w/o question. You can also go online to Arby's and give feedback. Restaurant number is on receipt.
