As of the past few years, I've noticed a decline in the quality at Jack in the box. I've more than once had experiences where my order is made slightly wrong, my fries are stale, customer service is bad, the works. Today, however, I showed up early to get some breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The manager working the drive-through was very nice, and I found my burrito was above the quality I had come to expect. The only thing off was the curly fries which were a bit stale, but since it was 9 am, I can't complain too much about it. Ultimately, I still found they were still acceptable. I'm not likely to return often, but when I do, I think this location definitely has benefits compared to some others locally.
