Mr. Brunelli It remains sad what happened to you medically. However, no medical professional could provide the necessary testimony to support a claim that negligence caused the injury to you. Charlie spent many thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours trying to help you. He spoke with multiple trained experts getting your case evaluated to see if the cause of your injury was the failure of a provider to meet the standard of care. It is disappointing to us that it was not possible. You are the person who has to live with the consequences of the event. We do understand your anger and the reality of the impacts the medical event has had on your life. But the painful reality is that as a matter of Idaho law there was no way we, or any other lawyers, could help you. You may never accept that fact. But we are comfortable that we did everything we could to put together a case for you and there just wasn't one that could prevail given the law and the facts presented.

Unless there was egregious non-disclosure, that is if they withheld something from you, then no. If you went ahead and settled, then that means that both parties have come to an agreement, the matter is closed. By accepting the settlement offer, 8you agreed that that money would take care of the initial and follow on medical bills. At least at that is my understanding of it. Sorry to say that
