Yes, They absolutely will if they can, though they are usually busy when I've been there.
I've never gotten a hair cut there before, I have been going there for my nails for going on 2 years and I won't go anywhere else. I'd recommend an appointment because they ate all in high demand regardless of the appointment type. Especially my nail girl Tori.
