I find there's a 50/50 shot at getting good food at this location.
They're revamping the location aka fired the old crew and hired new people as well as training everyone properly
Is the experience bad in drive thru or lobby? I eat Bacon Ultimate usually wait 10mins for $5 burger but good eating
Weird I've never had problems at this location. Call the manager, they're always eager to make things right.
It's unfortunate that they've gone from a corporation into a franchise. back when I worked there 15 years ago , you called corporate and everything would be fixed w/boatloads of free food and apologies out of the ears...
