hello, it was my moms dog who's eyes were injured at this facility! No apology, just called my mom saying I left a rude review and they tried to cover for themselves by saying our dog "pulled away" and the fur ripped. My mom asked how it happened to BOTH eyes and they gave no real response just excuses. No apology, No refund, and No type of reimbursement for vet bills. My mom was too nice to ask for them to pay for the vet bill but they didn't even apologize.Hope i didn't get back to you too late!
