Had a rental for a few months because my vehicle was unfortunately being serviced next door at Burns Hyundai. The Enterprise team was welcoming and professional. Just received a follow up call about my recent rental experience and I would definitely recommend them for any of your needs. Very disappointing. Agent called me at 7:10 a.m. Told me could not provide car reserved (premium) because was using debit card. When told them I would use credit card agent said they didn't have premium car "anyway". Well why did we go tgrough that entire ordeal? Then I arrived...tried to put me in a small car after waiting. Said they could not iffer anything larger despite tge fact larger cars on the lot. Disturbed my day and completely wasred my time!

Had an absolutely amazing experience. After being screwed by Avis, I scrambled here on New Year’s Eve, hoping to get here before closing. I arrived 5 minutes after closing and they still allowed me to rent a car. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Great service as usual! They transferred in a car for me to make sure one was available. Nile was efficient and friendly for check out and check in. The car was clean and adequate; a bit underpowered (Nissan Versa) but got me there and back. I'll be back next week!
