We lived there from Feb 2021 to Feb 2022. Helen from the office was always nice to us throughout our time there. Maintenance was always nice and respectful and everything was always addressed. I loved the convenience of doing maintenance requests through the app and paying the rent through there as well. During our time there, there wasn’t anything super concerning that occurred. Neighbors around us were always friendly and the property was always kept clean. It’s apartment living so outside of the normal stuff that occurs, nothing really called to our attention. During snow removal season, those maintenance guys were really out there killing themselves and they must’ve hired a side company to help as well which is always great. We were so spoiled with the Walmart up the street and everything else just up the street that we definitely miss it. Our reasoning of leaving had nothing to do with the complex at that particular time and had everything to do with us and our work. Now that’s cleared up, I’m looking forward to having another great relationship with them again.

I moved in roughly 2 months ago and I am very happy here. All of my neighbors are very nice and were so welcoming when I moved in; it's so great to know your neighbors' names in an apartment complex! I appreciate being able to do my laundry in my own apartment and the beautiful brand new windows that let in so much sun and light. I will say that I was a little disappointed that my apartment didn't match the floor plan that I had been given because it turned out I couldn't move my dining set in as planned, but no big deal, I got over it and downsized my table and everything is fine. It's very pet friendly here, although it's tough for my dog and me to use the dog park because the big dogs dig rather large holes and it's easy to really hurt yourself just walking in there (or my dog can literally fall into one of the holes!), so maybe having maintenance fill the holes periodically would help, or having 2 sections, for big and small dogs, would be good. But I love my apartment and the feeling of safety I have here, it's quiet and warm, and bright, and it's feels like home.

1 star is too generous for this place. If I can give them a negative star that would fit this place perfectly. Helen from management is a fraud, please do not fall for her fake smile as she is very deceiving. The two maintenance guys are scary looking and half as their work as much as possible. This place is so old that I hear the upstairs neighbors clearly. When they walk, talk, fart, etc. We (tenants) pay a hefty amenity fee for what? a litter box full of feces. When there's an issue on their part they place a letter on your door informing you they are mandatory going into your residence regardless if your home or not. I feel bad for the new people that moved in as they will hate this place with a passion and want to strangle their neighbors for keeping them up until 3 AM. The rent is expensive for such a dump I am embarrassed to be apart of this community. The five star ratings on this thread are fake, most likely created by the management team. Prospective renters BEWARE! you read it from me.

I can not wait to join this community! Out of any apartment complex I have resided in, or looked into, this is by far the best fitted for me. The leasimg consultant, Helen, has made the application process painless and has been nothing but patient with my partner and I. I highly recommend this community.

I believe there is a one time fee of $200 and $25-$50 per month. Depends on size and type of dog or cat.
It is well maintained, safe and no there is no assigned parking. I like it alot😉
I tried to do the same. I ended up going to the rental office.
