We only ordered a drink, 1 burger and pie. The order was completely wrong and they asked us to pull over and wait for our drink. After 5 minutes we realized no one was coming so I went inside to ask for our drink and correct the order. I was in line with 4 other people (orders also wrong). Not a single worker looked up to acknowledge any customer....we had to catch the manager in the back. Not sure if it was poor training or not enough staff, but we won't go back to this location.

Went for a late night snack and ended up paying full price for my items since the first window guy acted like he couldnt hear my coupon code and basically had my bag tossed at me and was dismissed at the second window. its almost as if the employees value their drive thru time more than customer service lol.

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been too. Eveytime I come there is always a huge wait in line and i uber as well. They have specific instructions to pick up orders and every time i go through the instructions they never answer the door. So i go through the drive through they cashier told me to wait in the front and someone will bring the food out. I waited about 15 mins until i went through again and when i went through got yelled at twice to listen to directions. This is the 5th time i had an issue with this restaurant and they have the audacity to give me a bad rating when im the one following directions. Do not go here. Noone knows the correct rules or instructions for uber eats drivers no matter what. Ive lost time and money coming here and they have the nerve to tell me im wrong when they are. If you are an uber eats driver be careful they have no idea what they are doing.

Ordered double quarter pounder with cheese meal, got home and this is what i was given, single patty no cheese. This happened today 11/4/21 was in the drive thru 4:25pm
