This is the worst bank. They are completely unfriendly. You can't reach them by phone and when you go in they demand you have an appointment, which you can't make because you can't get them on the phone! Then when you go in because you want to talk to a person and not an automated message, they treat you like garbage and make you feel as though you're bothering them. Not helpful at all. If you tell them that you have questions, they tell you to call. Great job. I'll go talk to your robot who can't answer any questions either but at least isn't so rude. Cannot wait to not have to deal with these people!

I decided to switch banks and go to Bank Of America and let me tell you, this branch is amazing. Juliana assisted me with my personal accounts, and Belen assisted with my business accounts. Between the two of them, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable at their jobs. Polite, well mannered and professional. I met the Branch Manager and very professional as well. He couldn’t happier to introduce himself to me and welcome me to his branch. I am looking forward to many years at Bank of America.

I came to this BOA branch office on Saturday 11/20/2021 to see Jacqueline Sharp, a relationship banker, after made an appointment online on previous day. When I arrived this office around 9:45 as I made my appointment, a lady stopped me at frond door and asked me " what you need". I answer in my soft voice that I have BOA Prepaid card in which NJ Dept. of Labor transfer to my prepaid card for the fund of my temporary disability insurance benefit. I also showed up my card and NJ- DOL Statement for the fund transferred to BOA and wanted to cash out or transfer to my bank account. I certainly know that she understood my request, but she still keep her big voice with an un-respected attitude in next questions. After I explained with her with more details approximately 3 more minutes and she answered " Ok go with bank teller" in rudely manner. I really disappointed with the way she treated me and answered " why you let me go to bank teller now" in my raising voice and I approached to bank teller, but she stopped me against and asked me to leave the branch office because I raised my voice and will call 911 if I don't leave. I really was surprised the way she treated me with rudely attitude and manner. Why she raised her voice with me when she asked me previously. I then raised my voice to responded the way she gave me the hard time to see bank teller and she scared me by to call 911. I came to BOA at Cherry Hill and a female teller showed me two choices to cash out or transfer to my Citizens Bank in very simple way with enthusiastic attitude. I wonder that the BOA staffs in two different branch offices so different in the treatment with customers. I even have BOA checking and saving account over 10 years and closed last year. I came to some BOA branch offices in Camden County for times, but this Marlton office has been really hard way to do business with them for times I came there. Very disappointed! I suggest office manager to see the video camera to consider the problem. Let educate your staffs the way to provide service to customers.

One teller working during the lunch time hour with 4 other employees walking around doing nothing while the line grew out the door. Unfortunately, I had quite a few checks to cash, which resulted in the teller having an attitude and basically throwing the money at me when she was finished. Very uncomfortable transaction.
