My pizza is usually always delicious which it was for my last night order… my issue is I asked for very light on the marinara. When I went to pay I question my there was a extra box on my order, the gentleman showed me it was full of cups of marinara? I question it and asked why my bill was 30$ To not really get an answer. Only to get home and get my receipt to see I have been charged for extra marinara that went straight to the trash because I didn’t ask for it?? Mind you I order over the phone and was never asked for extra sauce… why would someone who hates sauce get charged and given sauce that I wasn’t asked for?? Should’ve checked the receipt before leaving of course. But how about not charging for stuff people don’t want..

Had to repeat my order 3 times only for the order to be completely wrong. Called to complain and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Tried to call again only for the same thing to happen. Terrible service would not recommend.

The workers were doing the best they could and were very friendly. But they were swamped and the orders were just coming in back to back. I placed an order that said it would be ready in 25min only to arrive 30min later and sitting outside for another 15min waiting for someone to bring it out to the car as I had requested on my order (and added a tip for). I have extreme anxiety and did not want to go in so I called the store only to be rerouted to a call center who then transferred me to the store where it rang for another 10 minutes. So I went inside with the line ringing on my cellphone to see there were about 5 people in front of me also waiting. The manager and other workers were working as fast as they could but did not have time to pick up the phone call so I just hung up. Another 15min later I finally received my order with a very sincere apology from the manager. Like I said, the manager and workers were doing the best they could but at a certain point, the Corporate office has to set a proper expectation for those ordering online. I used PH curbside service specifically because of my health issue, paid a tip for that service but had to be in a stressful situation for an extended period of time with no other compensation. Not cool.

Order a stuffed crust pizza. I did ask for light sauce (which I always do) but the sauce that is there and the barely any cheese doesn’t even reach the sides where the crust is. Usually our order is ok not perfect but ok. This however is awful.
