It used to be a decent working environment. At least until several of the "loyal" employees decided to lie on several people due to their inability to keep up with our work ethic. After almost three years of dedication that include working during snow storms and hurricane weather. I would not recommend this company as an employment option. As for information with the product....I could tell you some stories...

Far as I know we only build the metal chassis's on most recliners sofa's and such I only just started here a week ago but I can tell you this is pretty much just a metal fabrication shop not where they assemble the end product
You can call customer service and explain what the problem is and they will direct you on how to go about getting it fixed.
