I just purchased a 2023 XT6 Sport and I absolutely love it! Everyone was very friendly, helpful & made the purchase very pleasant! The General Manager, Kyle & the entire staff were amazing! They definitely earned my business and I will be purchasing from them again!

I get oil changes at GM dealerships more than the average person. I’ve put 53k miles on my car in 1 1/2 years, and I stay on top of oil changes. I go to whichever dealership has the soonest availability, so I’ve been to several different ones. This was by far my best experience, with little to no complaints of the others. I was early, but they took my car back promptly at the scheduled time. They were done in an hour, despite me being warned I might have to wait a little longer than usual because they squeezed me in due to my low oil life (which I was very pleased about). I did not think an hour was a long time to wait at all. They took a video and showed me everything they did, as well as what was recommended for my next service visit and why. The advisor gave me a print out of charges for those suggestions, which I appreciated because I’ve had suggestions made before with no cost attached. There was no pressure to get the services done. I pay for a maintenance plan as part of my car payment every month, which covers the cost of oil changes. This has been an issue at every dealership I’ve visited. It was no issue here. This was a relief because I’ve felt like other dealerships felt I was trying to scam them or they didn’t have knowledge of the maintenance plan. It always gets resolved, but it’s always an uncomfortable experience. It was seamless here. I’m glad I recently moved to Wilmington because now I can regularly come to this dealership for all of my needs, with faith that the service will be timely, pleasant, and seamless. Thanks for a great experience!

We have access to the “In Service” date that kicks off a warranty timeline and can also give you great detail on additional coverages that we offer and back.

Can I trade in a vehicle if I still owe money on it?

Yes you can. We can simply cut you a check for the difference or apply any negative balance to the next vehicle in most cases. Lastly, if you owe more than the purchase price we offer, but do not want to make a purchase, you can place that amount down owed in addition and walk away without a car purchase.
