I was there for way to long (2 1/2hrs) for putting on rain guards, bug deflector (hood) and a cargo tray for the back of my soul. After I got back home I noticed that they did NOT install the rain guards or the back tray correctly and I had to go back and spend another hour there. It makes me wonder if they can’t install something this simple what else are they doing wrong.

We have taken COVID precautions very seriously for over a year now. The following are several we perform everyday but are not limited to: *temperature and question checks for all employees at each shift start *hospital approved spraying of all service areas twice a day *COVID interior spray of all vehicles in service before delivery to our guests *required face coverings for everyone upon entry *sanitary stations in each department and more. Please contact our Operations Manager Peggy Roberts at 910-798-4706 for a complete list. We are proud to report over 80% of our team members have received at least one or two of the vaccinations thus far.

We have free local pickup and delivery with any scheduled service within the Wilmington city limits. An appointment is required.

Why do u hve those tv ads going on with loud actors pitching the vehicles. Not very classy. The dealership should be able to sell itself without so much annoying skits. Certainly doesn't make me want to do business with this dealer.
