Do not like carpet in rooms. Fridge is dinged on outside but works well. No dishwasher bit good amount of counterspace and full stove. The elevator has strong smell of urine. Breakfast is boring but there...they need to have more than one coffee pot so you don't have to wait for the pot to refill.

Good Friends Better Enemies

This was by far the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had in my life. We (tried to) check in on this past Friday night, and were told our room was over booked, apparently this happens at their establishments due to the guests being able to "extend their stays", but it completely screws up people that are looking to come in and stay, especially considering I booked the stay back in January. The hotel kept placing blame on my booking company (Hotels.com) and refused to take blame for anything. We had to be moved to a different hotel, but were assured our room was available the second night of our trip, so we reluctantly came back (worst mistake ever). The second night, we get to our room (we booked 2 queen bed suite) and were given a full bed and a pull out couch and told "thats the best we had". We were furious and once again the issue landed on Hotels.com, we refused to stay at the hotel and even refused the offer of a free night coupon. I will NEVER stay at any extended stays ever again, and will make sure that no one I know does either. The General Manager called me this morning and once again aggravated me, by pointing out what had already been told to me the past weekend. Terrible establishment, and poorly managed. Also, not that it even matters at this point, but the place was disgusting, smelled of fish warmed up in a microwave, and gave us the absolute creeps just staying there for the few hours we did while trying to get our issue resolved. People are rude, and refuse to help. Please don't stay at any of these establishments again.

Positive: You guys unbooked my reservation. I got there at midnight and they had no knowledge of my reservation. They had a convention in town and were sold out. Very mad!!! We slept in our car. The second time this has happened to us. We will be calling in.

Good stay. The room was small but not tight. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Give try if you're in the need to stay in that area. Oh yes, switching out your towels as you need new ones is asked by the front desk.
