The hotel location is easily accessible off I-695. The property is a mile from multiple restaurants and shopping. Even when completely booked, it is not overcrowded. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming. They actually mentioned my elite status, which is very rare these days. The service and amenities are what you come to expect from this hotel brand. The suite is spacious, and there is plenty of room to move around. Not many “suites” are quite this roomy while still providing a full kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, etc.). The bathroom is large and has plenty of counter space. The large glass door shower offers excellent water pressure and appealing shampoo and body wash products. The king bedroom is immaculate and modern looking. It was almost as if no one had ever stayed in the suite I was given. It was that clean. Bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The pool was closed due to Covid. The gym had a good set of equipment, and the breakfast was a great spread even with Covid restrictions. I enjoyed the outdoor patio and played on the putting green. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Owings Mills or the surrounding area.

This hotel is really the best in the area. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is amazing! Clifton is the best and every time I stay here he always greats everyone who comes through the door and is so kind! He helped me with a small issue with my room without hesitation; you could tell he really cared to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I made the mistake of booking too late a few weeks back and had a horrible experience at a hotel not far from this one so I am so happy to be back and I definitely learned my lesson and will make sure I always stay here! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Absolutely fabulous hotel stay at this convenient location. We were welcomed cheerfully, promptly received our room, parked for free in the lot, and were greeted by a lovely hotel mini-apartment. We walked into a fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwaver, and full size frig; a living room with a large tv and executive desk; a spacious two beds which proved to be delightfully comfortable; a large dresser with a built in spot for luggage; and a bathroom fully stocked with toiletries and a luxurious shower. Downstairs, we were able to pick up some drinks and snacks from the convenience store on site, as well as enjoy the grills, fireplaces, and gym. There was even a large hangout space downstairs and laundry room, should it have been needed. The pool was unfortunately closed for COVID, but otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

Finest Kind! We were lucky to get the last two available rooms for an unexpected trip for a friends mothers funeral. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Even though our room was just outside of the elevators we never heard anyone come and go. The hotel is a nice place for families as they don’t allow parties. The entire staff of this hotel that we came into contact with were friendly, helpful, and effective. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the security personnel, breakfast room attendant and housekeeping were all engaging and wore a smile. Obviously a well managed hotel from the condition of the property and the attitude and caring of the staff. Thanks to ownership, management, and every employee. You all made our stay terrific.
