DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! The leasing office is full of liars. Daisha Wilson, the leasing consultant who lied to me, told me false quotes. The property manager defended her giving me false quotes. Daisha told me the classic Auburn layout would be $1313, then the property manager told me (THAT SAME DAY! 1 HOUR LATER) they leased that same unit to someone else for $1500. I literally informed Daisha that I would complete the application once I got to work today. Keep in mind last week I came in for an in-person tour. I was a serious candidate that these people threw away so they could make more money.These people are extremely money hungry and insensitive towards potential and existing residents. I have a brother-in-law who moved from these apartments because they continue to raise the cost of living without explanation.

I’m starting to get really annoyed with the complex. They “opened” our pool Memorial Day weekend and have sent out emails every single day and weekend since then to tell us it’s closed because of the pool company. It’s continuous excuses. I’m not sure why we’re paying for an amenity we can’t use and one that would be the most beneficial to residents with the weather. Secondly, with work and everything going on, I don’t like that I’ve been told multiple times to leave my apt for a certain amount of time so things can be worked on(maintenance, exterminator, etc). The exterminator is coming which is not optional and I have to plan to leave for 2 hours. That’s not possible when ppl have work and meetings, etc. Kind of annoyed I renewed my lease here so early or Id go.

I have been here not even a year yet and seriously doubt I renew my lease. The leasing office is horrible and it's clear that they do not care for their residents. Over the past 2 months our water/sewer bill had increased $30 . I have caller and asked several times why and they act stuck on stupid and never can give me a response. They just tell me to call the company I do so and they can't give me a answer either. It doesn't make sense. They recently switched leasing management and that's the worst thing they could have ever done! Only decent thing going for here is the gym , and pool. As well as them not having pest issues. And it's pretty safe here my court is quiet. However all new people are needed in that leasing office with people that actually care!
