We moved in the beginning of March and it’s been GREAT ever since. Shanae is a pleasure to talk to I feel like I’ve known her forever. We have had a few hiccups but we emailed Shanae and she helped us right away. I put in a work order and maintenance responded the same day and fixed my issue. I look forward to the coming months living here!

Update 8/10 - In the last two weeks it seems that they are trying to fix some of these issues. They power washed the buildings and have come out after hours to deal with the trash outside the dumpster. This place has gone way down since signature properties took over and its been a downhill mess. They moved anybody in here especially during the pandemic. For the high rent paid,tenants aren't receiving any services,aren't kid friendly. we …Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. PSA: I didn’t even get the opportunity to tour the property or drive into it due to the lack of professionalism, communication and respect of the leading office. I had an appointment at 1pm which I changed to 1130am because I was in the area, and was told that I could arrive early. I get to the gate and dial 0003 as the keypad says, but got no answer from the leasing office. I proceed to dial it again and got no answer. I proceeded to call the same number I did prior to driving to the complex, and got redirected to a whole different number and talked to a gentleman that gave me a different number to call. Long story short I called 4 different numbers and never got buzzed into the complex. I proceeded to park my car OUTSIDE the complex and walk to the leasing office. I get to the office and was greeted by an older gentleman that 1. Didn’t identify himself 2. Blatantly asked me what I was there for 3. Proceed to close the door with no help until some girl at a desk rudely chimed in with “ I was on a call, do you want to go walk back and get your car”. I said no and she proceeded to say” well what kind of apartment do you want, 1 2 3 bedroom, like what?”. Due to the nature of her tone of voice and lack of professionalism/respect of a possible new resident; I left with no chance of viewing an apartment.
