Stopped for some pancakes and waited 20 mins for seating. Server - Tati never gave her name (only saw her name badge to see her name)? Menus were torn and sticky. Server took our order and proceeded to bring back the drinks - Cranberry juice was room temperature and Orange juice was cold. Tati took our order and we waited about 10 mins for the meal to come. My pancakes were cold (the butter didn’t melt - that was the first indicator)?! The rest of the food was warm/hot upon arrival.

Stopped for breakfast on our way to the ocean. The door said they opened at 7am. Online said 6am. We were there at 6am. They opened the doors and seated us instantly. Music was playing loudly. The manager turned it down. Food was fresh and hot. Excellent service and staff was polite.

Staff here is hands down all star. I haven't been out to a restaurant that good food AND good service in a long time. It was raining and staff made sure floor was mopped of water. They had hot, fresh coffee. Food was cooked perfectly. The server Darrian came from another section to take our order, so we didn't have a long wait. Music was good. The new menu items were impressive. Idk if I been sleeping on IHOP or this staff just set it off... I suspect both.

Just disgusting! Soggy lettuce at the bottom of my splash berry. Food was undercooked, bit into a chicken tender and I literally spit it out it was raw and pink. Had to ask for everything from a straw to syrup. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an ihop!
