Every employee I encountered was attentive, pleasant and helpful. At other store locations I’ve needed to “hunt down” someone to assist. In other store locations some employees seemed reluctant or bothered to help. Thank you for providing a positive shopping experience. I’m glad I stopped in.

Great helpful cheerful service, especially compared to Home Depot which is only a mile away. The 2 stores offer almost identical merchandise, but the people who work at Lowes are much more helpful. Employees at Home Depot have literally ducked around the corner when at the end of aisle instead of helping after making eye contact. At Lowes, employees actually approach the customers, offering assistance.

Came here for a childrens building workshop. Had a wonderful time! The staff was so patient and supportive of the kids. So wonderful to have Lowes in the neighborhood and teaching important building skills to the next generation. Ten stars!

I'm starting to like Lowe's more than Home Depot. The employees are generally friendly, they have a good selection of hardware, and the garden center has most of the items in looking for. Their return policy is also simple.
