This is not just a gym.. its a community that makes you feel you are part of it, motivates and keeps you going. I moved to Florida from Connecticut and it took me 9 months to find a place like this. I love the workouts and the coaches. I am always looking forward for a nice time.

I have to say, I’m a generally irritated person. MOST things bother me at some level. Today, for example, I did the NOHO workout, and I’m really annoyed I didn’t get the 8th rep on the 7th station of the final lap. I guess on a positive note, I burned nearly 1000 calories in an hour…. Joking aside, I had trouble knowing what to do when I would get to the gym. I usually end up on the treadmill, bounce around a bit, and leave with a little bit of a sweat. So having something as automatic as this is a game changer. I do not have to think up a workout. I show up and like The Rembrandts, it’s just there for me. I focus more on my intensity and effort than my workouts. I love it. I can’t say enough good things about it. -they demo every workout -the workouts are on the monitors during the workout -good equipment -good trainers -good for all levels of fitness -booking the classes is easy -in and out in 45 mins -track your heart rate -get live scores of your workout -workouts are never the same Also, as a plus, it’s just a good vibe. The owner is a vet and supports YOUR small business. They like to make it easy to connect so it’s not long before you are invited to something that’s going on. Get the trial. It might change your life.

I love F45! Matt and Amanda and all the coaches are AWESOME and sooo patient with me especially when I go the wrong way.. (which happens daily LOL) I have more energy, building muscle, feel more toned and fit! I look forward to the 6am class!!

NO, we only have one day dedicated to Cardio. Every Wednesday is our Cardio day where we focus on keeping your heart rate elevated through exercise for 45 minutes. The other days are a Hybrid Mix or Resistence/Strength.

F45 Training is designed to allow anyone at any fitness level to walk in and workout. We find that almost 50% of our new members haven't worked out in at least 3 months or have never worked out in a class setting before. Our Coaches will happily walk you through the process and modify as needed.
