You MUST be desperate for service. STOP sending me weekly mailings to join your service. Had you years ago and your customer service sucked. Was constantly losing connections as well as when I changed providers, the new company said you did such a poor job wiring my home that they were surprised I received any service.

This is the best experience I've ever had with Comcast. Everything went smoothly and the team member at the check in desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) was spectacular!! Kudos all around!!

Damien was incredibly kind and helpful as I tried to transfer my father’s phone number to another carrier. When he saw my frustration as I was on the phone with Xfinity customer service, he jumped into action. He called customer service himself, navigated the maze of choices and completed the transaction for me. He is a wonderful employee and truly an asset to Xfinity.

The customer service was awesome. I was treated with courteous and professional customer service. My daughter had issues with using her old phone with the new phone's sim card. The representative worked very hard to remedy the situation and was successful because she didn't give up until it was resolved. For that, I say thank you for your help, time and patience and due diligence.

Unfortunately there is no direct number customer support is only handled by those trained in support and with the proper setups for support.
