My husband and I recently purchase a New Home and I was so overwhelmed with how I would decorate the home. We both agreed on one thing we would purchase our sofas and chairs from La-Z-Boy. My goal for our home was to create a comfortable and peaceful environment. I wanted comfortable seating throughout my home for my family as we entertain along with just sitting at home in peace. We visited the store in Owings Mills and a sales person who was very friendly and informative about the services La-Z-Boy offer told my husband and I that La-Z- Boy have a professional decorator that could assist us if we were interested. We both said yes we would like to meet her and we did. Kristen was so nice and professional. She explained her service in detail ( which is a free service) she scheduled an appointment to visit our new home to look at the layout and measure each room. She met with us to get and idea of who we were personally and how we wanted our house to look and feel. A few days after her coming to our home we met back with Kristen to see the idea designs she came up with. My husband and I was so please with her ideas. She really capture what we told her how we wanted our home to look and feel. Not only did she grasp the color schemes and style of the sofas she included tables, lighting and rugs. I was so happy and relieved. She took away all my stress with decorating my home. I truly recommend using this service. If you live near the Owings Mills MD area and need help I highly recommend designer Kristen Shock. She's professional, energetic and knowledgeable. She personalizes the experience to fit the need of each customer.

Not once did I feel pressure and feel that I was going to be up against a strong willed salesman. We were very blessed to be greeted by Perry Scott.
