Cloud 9 was our transitional home for about 6 months and it felt like HOME! It was hard to leave! We are a family of 5 living in a camper, which most would think would be difficult and inconvenient but we loved it!! We had everything we could possibly need! All the hook-ups for water,sewage, and cable! Had great wifi that my children utilized plenty and never had any issues with! The bathroom/showers were always impeccably clean and even had heaters during the winter to keep it nice and toasty! The laundry was very conveniently located! The clubhouse was beautiful and always clean! Lots of fun games and puzzles for kids to play! On to the very best part of the whole experience and that was the park manager…we call her Ms.Pam! She is such a kind, caring and beautiful person!! We all fell in love with her! The kids would run down and visit with her as often as possible. She never seemed bothered by their company, actually loved my children as if they were her family! And the loved her just the same! We have been gone a couple weeks now and miss her terribly! It’s about time for a visit I think! Thank you Ms.Pam! We love and miss you!!!

Still waiting on my refund 4 months later. Was told several times that I was getting a money order sent to me but they could never give me any kind of tracking number or info on it. I also offered to just come pick it up after about two months in as i was getting tired of having to deal with it. When we arrived to the site there was no one there to help us but luckily there was a envelope for us, that of which had our date to check out by. We were out that morning of the due date. I was charged an additional month by mistake. Pamela had “corporate” send a refund check but it was $80 short. 4 months later I am still waiting for that $80. Two different times she supposedly has been able to cancel this money order but yet can’t give me any kind of information on it. And now my phone number has been blocked because they know they are in the wrong and i guess just want me to forget about it ? Very displeased with all of the dishonesty and sad to know that people with a business can block someone’s number because they don’t want give them their money. I honestly would have been much better if from the get go I would’ve been told “sorry about your luck” rather then dragging me along for literally 4 months.

This park is a very well kept and the host is very polite and answering any questions that you have. Only thing is the road heading up the hill needs some repair. That's the owners fault for not taking care of this. I hate to knock the place for the failure of up keep from the owners. It is such a good place and able to go alot of places in Hot Springs and around the area. Alot of lakes and hiking areas. One place that I suggest is to climb up crystal Vista. That where I Doug up the crystals. Also Oaklawn casino and rack track is here. But one thing you have to pay even before to get in. Never had a casino pay for parking. $5 and $10 on special races like the AK Derby last weekend. We stayed here 2 months and will return. Hope road is fixed next year, because our class A pusher rocks abit getting up here.

Reserved a pull in spot and when we pulled into the park our paperwork was ready and we were assigned a spot. However that spot was occupied. Manager told us to look at another spot that was a back in spot however it only had a 30 amp connection which would not work. We made a reservation at another park J&J’s which turned out to be much nicer. We requested a refund and the manager said they didn’t give refunds just because we didn’t like our spot. Said I was being difficult. I told her we had paperwork showing the spot we were assigned but was occupied. I thought we were more than accommodating by not pushing someone out and even finding another park as to not cause problems. Still waiting on that refund. Stay away. Nothing is their fault. I have not received the refund. What do you mean this is the first you have heard about this. We have had numerous emails about this issue.
