Went in to change my center stone and the customer service was excellent. Needless to say that they completed the task the same day, polished the ring and again provided amazing customer service. I plan to go back to get some customized pieces completed as well.

Stop looking for any other jewelers. This is the place you want to go!!! I can not express to you how much of an awesome experience I had this morning at Tekin Brothers. I was buying earrings for my wife and picked some that happened to be outside my budget(and not by a little lol). They are beautiful but when I saw the price tag I knew I could not afford them. I asked what else they had and when he showed me he could tell I did not like them. He looked at me and said sir if you like these I will make them work for you and he did!!!! I thought places like this didn’t exist anymore but they do!! These people care and are not out just trying to take every last dollar from their customers. I will never buy jewelry from anywhere else. The quality and craftsmanship are incredible.
