Three excellent primitive camping spots with space for 3+ tents at each. The westernmost site is most easily accessed through the central site. It's pretty well trafficked which means getting there early on the weekend is a good idea and there can be some trash.

I'd say the best place would be the recreation area. That's the closest parking to the island. Just no boat access, but I see people with kayaks going across the channel often. Rough waters there on the weekends.
