It's ok. The place looks nice but service could be better. DDS rushes and I often forget to ask questions because of it. Video games never work when we go there and no one in the office could tell us how to work them. The fridge for beverages is always empty. The one person I sat with during our first appointment kept talking over me which made it impossible to ask all of the questions as I couldn't get a word in. Don't get the feeling that my child is valued as a patient. Hoping they are better at orthodontics than customer service. Also, hoping interactions improve during this process.

This was my second time going through getting braces, since I did not wear my retainer the first time around. They worked with me from beginning to the end-today when I had my braces taken off. Every trip has been pleasant, and I enjoyed my experience overall. I would recommend Olsen Orthodontics to anyone needing braces!

Yes they do! We just moved to the area and my son needed some work done too and they took him in and got him patched up

Yes you can. My daughter had an overbite and the Olsen Brothers fixed it with braces.
They are not a medicaid provider. They do offer free consults.
