Terrible service! Never have cabs available it's sad. Never in my life have I had to wait over an hour for a cab just to call back and they tell me that they dont have any available. The amount of drivers they normally have is only about 2-3 a day.

This company is an absolute joke. It's no surprise that Uber and Lyft are taking center stage in this market because this company treat's me like absolute garbage every time I try to utilize their service and I am always as polite as possible but they are just trash. I don't understand the problem. It's simple, take me to my destination with quality service, what is the problem here? It's always a hassel and a test of my patience, for no reason at all. Just be nice and do taxi service like its so simple but they just can't figure it out for some reason. Good luck staying relevant but without the basics there isn't a a prayer for you guys I'm sorry.

At the very least, I'd about $45-$50. Depending on where in fayetteville you're being picked up.
Maybe you made them wait to long. If they are busy they have to be quick with the customers to keep up with the calls
