Terrible delivery service. My packages will say its out for delivery & no one ever shows up. (I have cameras also) then they proceed to say no one was available to accept the package. Lazy a** workers. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

Call 1-800 GO FedEx and explain the situation to a representative and they will send a courier to pickup the pkg from you.

You may drive to the office in person or call. I would suggest in person for rapid assistance.

For the past two days my package was suppose to be delivered. They keep updating the status as “delivery exception- customer unavailable or business closed”, yet n FedEx has driven hip my driveway, the package does not require a signature.
