Decently crowded, lots of rocks in beach, fishing abundant. Unfortunately usually dogfish.

I was thinking about going here for a day. Planed on parking and walking around a bit but I do not have a Stratford resident pass. Will I get a ticket if I park here and leave my car for a while?

This is a trip for a couple of hours if you include a drink or meal.on a restaurant terrace! Walking the full length of the seawall plus the Russian beach and park won't take much more than an hour. But the view is lovely and there are benches to sit on while contemplating!
