I love living here! The neighbors are very friendly and the staff is amazing! The community is amazing. The pool is always clean, they keep the grounds kept nice and neat. Family friendly!

This is a low income apartment building. Deposits for 1bdrms are $300. 1 Bedrooms start just under $700 and I believe small pets are okay. Not sure if there is a pet deposit or not. I know people do have dogs and cats there though. I don't believe they are too strict on pets.

The pricing guide is on their website..its the same price no matter the age..however it is income based..meaning you have to make the minimum but also be under the maximum income level based off of the apartment size and how many people are/would be living there. Calling the office would be the next best thing besides the website which gives you those numbers. Hope that helps
