Thankfully I am moving out of this miserable place. The HOA and Property managers are nothing but of bunch of people who feel superior to others. They’re so strict that it makes living in peace impossible! Not to mention they watch everything you do and you’ll get a letter and you can’t ever win. I hope this community sees better days again. It’s falling apart and it looks old. We tried making our house look better and newer but the HOA just wants this community for control and doesn’t want to see anyones house nice unless it’s a board members or a neighbor favorite.

Worst place to live!! If you want to live in a peaceful, cheery community this IS NOT the community! If you want to feel like you’re being watched 24/7 and have no privacy this is the place for you. The property manager has someone drive around 3am to see who isn’t obeying HOA rules. Then around 1/2pm the property manager drives around to pick out ANYTHING from your home. The HOA here is so horrible it makes you feel like you’re controlled and can’t enjoy doing anything without being watched. Anything you do to your home will get turned down unless you’re a committee member or a favorite neighbor. This community use to thrive, whoever manages the property now has to be a miserable unhappy person in their life.

I don’t know where to start. If I could give it 0 stars I would. HOA rules are way too strict!! The community looks old and landscaping needs work but when you have to ask permission for any little thing from HOA and they reject you how can this community ever look as good as the new ones being built?? This place should just be a retirement place. The property manager just wants control over the community to feel like she has power but she’s just a regular human with a lousy tattle telling title. Don’t buy here unless you want to stay indoors all day and not make your home looks nice on the outside. They are watching you!!

I don't believe you're able to build a fence in your back yard if you're on the water. We live on the water and none of the surrounding houses have one, so I'm fairly certain it's not allowed.
