We were a little disappointed that they did not seem to offer any sort of a jambalaya on the menu... so we just ended up having some drinks and no food.. they have a delicious IPA called Mountain candy which I highly recommend

It depends on what you get. It may be slightly higher than other places, but I enjoyed the food.
Yes, I just bought some yesterday, and they actually have an offer where you buy $50 and you get $5 for free
The pricing is good compared to other seafood restaurants I have been to. For about $23 you can get 1/2 lb of three different things like clam, shrimp, crawfish or mussels. Also comes with corn, potatoes and sausage.
I spent about 135 for a meal for 5 people there. Of course it depends what you buy, but we had 3 broils, and a few other things, apps, drinks, etc. Figure 30 per person.

The oily texture depends upon the quality of the oil used. If the fish sits in the oil for an extended period of time it begins to absorb more oil also.
Not sure about take out, but on the menu it shows a pound of king crab legs for 35 dollars
