I put in a work order for them to fix an engine alarm on my boat. When I went to see my boat I noticed a big mess.The winter cover was removed and there were greasy hand prints all over the cockpit vinyl. The engine compartment had greasy foot prints all over it too. They had taken the boat out for a test drive to see the cause of the alarm. When they returned to the dock the wind must have pushed them into dock as the metal pole was bent over from hitting it. They never fixed the problem which was just low oil on the drive reservoir. I since hired another marine mechanic who fixed the problem immediately. They would also run up a tab of $2000 each time I put my boat in for the season and another $2000 of unnecessary work when I took it out. Saying my batteries were dead every year and needed to be changed when they weren't. Save your money with these dishonest people. There are plenty of honest marine service mechanics. The response they posted is not true. I used the previous service center for 20 years without any issue.
