For some unknown reason, a driver didn't deliver my package even though I was home all day waiting for it. When I went to the center to get it, I asked for the manager and explained my complaint. He didn't know what happened either but assured me he would look into it. He was pleasant and professional and I was impressed with the way he dealt with the situation. I'm sorry I didn't get his name so I could give him proper credit.
