SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. we were the only ones in the drive thru and there’s no response for a good 5 minutes. then we get terrible attitude from some woman saying it’s a 15 minute wait (for 2 tacos?). the inside is absolutely disgusting and the workers are so unsanitary and RUDE. calling customers names because they don’t wanna do their job…. insane. i can’t believe heath inspectors haven’t shut this place down😭every time i look or go inside i want to gag. please do us a favor and turn the taco bell into a gas station or something

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.The wait to take a drive thru order was 30 minutes,and the girl taking my order was extremely rude and immature. After 45 minutes I paid for my food and was asked to park and wait. As the other cars parking and waiting lined up,I realized it had been another 20 minutes. I called inside and asked for someone to just bring me my food or refund,and I was yelled at by the same girl who took my order. Ten minutes later the same girl came out with my refund without receipt. This after months of trying to get taco bell from this place with an excuse of no tacos and the same excuse of KFC being the same restaurant and it being too hard. We have tried to get taco bell for the last time at St.Albans,ever.
