I want to thank all of the people at Nucar Ford that helped me with my F-150. Joe was great at fitting me in last minute. He took the time to listen to my concerns with my truck! My mechanic was excellent. I knew there was something going on with the way my truck was driving and it was very concerning. The mechanic working on it made me aware of how seriously dangerous it was to be driving it since it had to do with losing control of my steering while driving. Joe found the parts and they started working on it ASAP! I had my truck back in less than two days. All work was done while I was at work which made it convenient. My 2003 F-150 drives like the day I bought it, thanks to these guys!! Tod -the manager in service, went above my needs, helping me when I thought I needed air in my tires. Lol I did not need any but he looked it over and fixed my light. You guys are the best and I appreciate all of your hard work and putting my safety above the work!! Y’all rock! I highly recommend these guys to work on Your vehicle!! There are some reviews on here that are not a five star, but they definitely deserve more than five from me. No one is perfect and we all have our faults so give them a chance. They won’t steer you wrong.
