I think it's disgusting that a person who has blatantly said to numerous people that she has figured out how to steal packages is employed there. She has active warrants for her arrest. She and her brother, who works there as well, are grifters. Out and out thieves and liars. As long as they're anywhere near packages I'm telling everyone NOT to ship or receive things via UPS. They won't stop their criminal behavior while opportunities are in front of them.

They had a package that they tried to deliver 2 days in a row. Signature was required. We weren't home. So, even though the sticky note paper said they would try tomorrow they didn't. Then they said the house had wrong number, but it didn't obviously b/c the driver found it the 2 days prior. Driver just got frustrated and said that about the address b/c didn't want to mess with it anymore. Now it is sitting in Owensboro. I tried to get them to redeliver it but customer service agents online would respond, but the chat would get cutoff after they said they would be right back. Everyone on both ends was cordial, but cordialness isn't needed, just my package.
