I got my 2013 Hyundai tosun about 6 months ago. Yes i understand it is a used car but i am paying for all the extra warranties. They did the inspection and realized there was stuf rong with it and i found my cruze control was not working. Thats cool they told me it would take 2 weeks to get all the parts and they would fix it no charge. Its now 6 months later they no got me her at the shop to fix it and they let me know they sent one of my parts back so now i have to wait for another appointment to come back again. So far i am unhappy with my over all experience and this is probably the last car i get threw them. I pay to much for not getting what i was promised.

This place has the rudest service people in there service dept I have ever dealt with. Upon arriving and standing for 15 min and being overlooked someone finally waited on us....No one explained what they were doing to my vehicle or if there were any issues with it...then when we go to pay for our service that I am dissatisfied with...he tells me my hood prop is missing. Mind you the whole time it was in the bay the hood was propped up. After a quick argument (that it wasn't missing) with him and me getting more agitated we just left. It wasn't missing THEY TOOK IT OFF MY VEHICLE. After several attempts to contact the service manager with no one returning our calls I contacted Hyundai manufacturing and discussed this with them. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to this place for anything and would NEVER recommend this place for anything. Evansville is so much better if you need anything for your vehicle. Just skip Don Moore you will thank me later. The reviews for this place are awful...don't waste your time here.

HORRIBLE call service!! The girl that answer the phone (Blonde, sounds like a college student that doesn't care for her job) is the worst! Hung up on me quiet a few times when trying to get my car in for service. Bad enough I had to drive there in person after being hung up on one last time to make an appointment for my service.

We went in for an oil change and that was done very efficiently . Then they parked our car out in the parking lot and after waiting for 25 minutes both my husband and I asked when we could get a ticket so we could leave . There was only one person after us and their car wasn’t finished . The explanations were unsatisfactory. The young man was evasive as to why he couldn’t get our ticket. Never has this happened to us before .
