I came for an oil change, which was completely overpriced. But that’s beside the point. The reason I like taking my vehicle to Don Moore is because they do the 27 point vehicle inspection so they will let me know if my car needs anything. My inspection paper wasn’t even fully completed. Nothing in the “brakes” category was checked. Also, the last time I came in for an oil change I was told I should think about getting new tires soon. I haven’t, because I’m broke and they weren’t horrible but I was planning to soon. However, on this inspection, they checked all my tires as green (in good shape). So I’m unsure how my tires got BETTER in the last 6 months since I got my oil changed last. So either they were just trying to get me to buy tires from them last time when I didn’t need them, or this time they didn’t actually look at my tires. Needless to say I’ll be finding somewhere else to get my oil changed in the future.

If your looking to get your vehicle fixed right go to any other dealer but here. Brought my truck, told them to diagnose it, and fix it that I would pay what ever it took. Paid $1800 drove it 3 hours from home just to have the same issue, the service manager literally said said they wasn't told to fix that. So now im out the $1800 plus a tow bill.

The worst experience. Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later, the cost is way moore than quoted online, and tires were not inflated to correct pressure (they were at pressures of 30, 30, 30, 29 because of the cold weather). When I left, they were the same pressure, same configuration. Did they rotate? Hmmm. I was charged for it. Customer service and care is definitely lacking with don moore, or less.
