Other than a really expensive oil change, the service was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Offered to write a check onsite for a thousand under the listed price of the truck, and was told no deal. We decided to leave and as my wife and I were walking out of the building the 'salesman' was laughing to his manager. This felt so cras and unprofessional to both of us. If this is how you operate, I will never step foot in a Don Moore dealership personally or professionally again.

Unfortunately I would not recommend their service department to have your vehicle fixed. Went in to have an oil leak resolved. Was told what the problem was and what would be done to fix it. Picked up my vehicle with the understanding that the issue was resolved after paying close to $700.00. Got back home and noticed there was still an oil leak. I took it back the next day and was told that the issue is somewhere else and would now be additional costs involved, so the issue is still not resolved. Recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. Note: 5 stars to Jennifer (Service dept. rep.). She was courteous, friendly and professional.
