Evan was very professional and took great care with the leveling around our 1 1/2 year old pool deck. He cleaned up, filled the fill holes and the concrete deck looks brand new again. USS leveling is a cost saving process. I would’ve hated to have had our pool deck broken up, removed and re-poured. Great value to fix/level the existing concrete slabs. The warranty and price were the best in the industry and we had 3 quotes. I highly recommend USS and Evan.

I hate to be the one who complains, but disappointed is an understatement. Should of got three estimates as we had one company come out and said we had foundation issue, USS said we needed floor raised only. Raising the floor that they did caused more damage than before and still did not fix most problems. It will cost thousands of dollars to fix the damage to walls and ceilings. If known then what we have got now, we would not of had them lift the floor. I could go on and on but that just makes me more angry. Should of had foundation raised.

For foundation repair, you will not need to relocate or move anything inside your home. For basement waterproofing, some items may need to be moved out of the area of repair. Your project manager will inform you of any potential issues. Keep in mind there might be noise as repairs may require the use of light and/or heavy machinery.

I doubt they will help you sounds like you need a flooring company. USS isnt gonna bother with anything they cant make a killing on.
