I checked in online as instructed and waited at home until the office was ready for me. Arrived at the office checked in with front desk and sat in wait area for an hour before the lady at the desk asked if I had checked in. She then proceeded to apologize as she had forgotten to add me to the list of patients waiting. The staff in the back was good, but the front desk lady was very incompetent.

Very good experience.I made an appointment and was in/out in 20 minutes.They called In meds to Walgreens and I went to Ashland City to pick them up.Highly recommend them

This was my first experience at CareNow in PV, and it will be my last. Technical issues with the website that “they didn’t know why were happening” had me signed up for a different clinic so I called PV and was told to just “walk in.” I walked in, filled everything out that I’d done online for a third time, paid, and proceeded to wait. I waited for almost an hour to be seen, which would normally be fine since it’s a walk in clinic. However, the place was almost empty when I arrived- just myself and another patient waiting. We could hear staff talking and laughing in the back. Clearly, they were in no hurry to take care of patients. The clinic is supposed to close at 8pm, but as I was waiting, they started turning patients away at 4pm- adults and children. Once I was brought back into a room, I noticed immediately that it was dirty and very obviously had not been cleaned. Note that the sign in the photo below says that rooms are cleaned/sanitized between visits. They didn’t even change the paper on the exam table between patients. There’s dirt all over below the table, and the sharps bin has dust and grime where it’s not been wiped down in ages.
